What is the error message?
Refer to [https]://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile.
What is the issue you’re encountering
Due to a persistent backend/UI glitch on the dashboard, it is completely impossible for me to self-delete or update my payment methods. Every attempt to modify or delete the existing card and Google Pay records fails with a system error.Because of this deadlock, my account was downgraded, and my Workers KV has now hit its hard limit. As a result, my live PRODUCTION website is actively throwing 500/429 errors and breaking down for end users.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I want to emphasize in the strongest possible terms: I have already attempted every single self-service method available in the Support Portal, and NONE of them worked.I have already exhaustively attempted every single self-service method and troubleshooting guide listed below, but NONE of them worked due to the hard backend/UI error in my dashboard. I am including this list specifically to confirm that standard self-help options cannot resolve my issue:
Please visit our [Support Portal] ([https://]dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support), where you will have access to self-help resources tailored to your issue.
You can resolve your Billing issue right now using our self-service content if it relates to any of the following:
Solve your failed payment issue right now. Follow our guide to troubleshooting failed payments.
Canceling your paid subscription? It just takes 2 easy steps to cancel your subscription.
Questions about your invoice? We recommend reading Understanding Cloudflare invoices.
Changing your Billing address or adding VAT/GST information? You can do this immediately via our dashboard by following Updating Billing Information.
Reiteration: Every single guide listed above requires the Billing Dashboard to function normally. Because my dashboard interface crashes with an error whenever I attempt to click “Update” or “Delete”, these standard self-service workflows are completely broken and impossible to complete. This is a system-level deadlock that requires direct backend intervention from your team.
