what is Origin Cache-Control ?
“origin cache-control” is the Cache-Control header sent from your Origin server. It controls what assets Cloudflare, and the browser, will cache.
See this article for more information:
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003206852-Origin-Cache-Control
Just keep in mind CF doesn’t cache certain extensions (pages/documents) regardless of origin cache control headers. That bit causes lots of confusion. ex: Cache everything with WordPress - #63 by 109guy

It depends a little bit on the content of your site. Are you able to share your domain, so we can give some specific recommendations?
Do you use a CMS like WordPress? Does it contain any user interface, or dynamic content?

It seems you are already caching everything on your main site, which makes it really fast. I think you are good with your current setup.
I’m now experimenting with this setting in conjunction with Cache Everything, and I’m not clear on how it works.
If it’s set to OFF, what does it do? Is OFF the same thing as not having it at all? It doesn’t seem to have a corresponding setting in some other part of the Cloudflare dashboard.
If it’s set to ON, I get a cf-cache-status of BYPASS. And then I can’t turn it back OFF unless I delete and re-add that setting.
