What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Could you help me to set up a proxy or VPN with my server in Russia or in other country, so my mobile application users could successfully access https://lb-http-rokru-511426579.eu-central-1.elb.amazonaws.com through that VPN server, loading certain web file - ? I am really not experienced with the topic and didn’t plan to hire additional staff at the moment, so some solution and guide would be quite welcome.

May I ask if you’re trying to use any of the Cloudflare products/services as a VPN?
