Kv response "error code:500"

I’m using kv to manage the session.

But from today, “error code:500” keeps responding.
Strangely, there is no problem in the local development environment.
kv is being used as an http request. Even if you throw it with postman, it gives you a normal response.

There’s a known issue right now with various APIs throwing 500s. It’s being investigated and a fix should be out soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Are you going to compensate for the damage?

If you’re an ENT customer, I’d recommend you reach out to your account team for any SLA information and compensation.

The status page at Cloudflare Status - Cloudflare Radar issues showing domain categories and WHOIS information has been updated to include this and a fix is being implemented.

How do I contact SLA?
Do it through a ticket?
I’m just telling you not to do it lol

If you’re an enterprise customer, you’ll have an account team you can reach out to. If you’re on the business plan, you can submit a ticket.

Otherwise, as far as I am aware, there is no SLA here. Sorry.

Are you an employee?

Hi there,

Apologies for this inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for reporting. It should be resolved now.

We added a note to the following statuspage:

Cloudflare API in Pages Functions may also have been affected returning intermittent 500 errors.

As noted, if you are on the Business or Enterprise plans you may submit a Support ticket for this: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Cloudflare Community MVPs are not employees.

Let us know if you see any further issues.

So if you’re not a business or enterprise user
You’re not going to treat me as a user.
