Apache Server at coreanmart.com Port 443

Hi there,

An internal server error with this error would not be coming from Cloudflare, and would be coming from your origin web server, as indicated by the ’ Apache Server at coreanmart.com Port 443’ at the bottom of the error page.

You would need to look at your hosted web server (vultr) to understand what potentially could be wrong with your web server there.

You can confirm this by using your local host file to bypass Cloudflare and test going directly to your hosted server, this was you can eliminate Cloudflare from the equation and see how the server is responding directly - https://www.howtogeek.com/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/

Hope this helps!

Thank you for comment, please let me leave reply from Vultr

Hello, your request is out of the scope of our support. You need to review the server logs.

Our staff is responsible for infrastructure and system critical functions of the platform itself, not for administration of individual instances. You, or members of your project team are responsible for the administration of the VPS instance deployments on your account.

Thank you for your understanding

Hi,

As mentioned by the Vultr support, they are only responsible for managing the infrastructure your server sits on, not the actual server - but this is not related to Cloudflare.

You would need to look at your web server to understand why it is returning a 500 internal server error.
