I’m unable to complete a payment when purchasing a domain — getting an error. In the billing section it says: “we do not support credit card payments from the selected country”. I’m paying from Ukraine with a Ukrainian card. I tried both credit and debit cards, foreign-currency and local-currency ones. All of them get declined. My bank is PrivatBank, limits and permissions are fine. I submitted a request to the Help Center, but suddenly I can’t even view it on a free account. But I can’t upgrade the account because the payment isn’t accepted. A vicious circle.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing.

That’s strange, because there is a Billing section on the community forum. But regarding your link — I can submit a request there. However, I can’t view the responses. When I click on My Cases, I get redirected to a page saying ‘Cannot locate dashboard account.’ As I understand it, this is because I have a Free account. But how am I supposed to pay for the account if my payment is blocked, and to unblock it I need a response from support, which I can’t access? It’s a vicious circle.

Is there confirmation from your card service by email or SMS or something you may have ignore and not approve it.

Ticket updates are sent by email. You can reply to the last email you had about the ticket to follow up.
