Hello,

I would like to forward http*://*.pfeiffer-china.com/* to http*://www.gebr-pfeiffer.com.
The domain should change to gebr-pfeiffer so the SSL cert will match.

I’ve created a page rule but it doensn’t work :-/

I tried even with CNAME record

Do you want to redirect pfeiffer-china.com to gebr-pfeiffer.com? Or do you want to keep pfeiffer-china.com in the URL but display the contents of gebr-pfeiffer.com?

You can achieve this with Dynamic Redirects. You can create one at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/rules/redirect-rules/new.

This will redirect e.g. https://pfeiffer-china.com/about to https://gebr-pfeiffer.com/about.

I did add the redirect rule like

and it is avtivated.

I removed the page rules and checked there are no CNAME redirections

Do you see what I am doing wrong?

You’ll need to add a proxied DNS record on pfeiffer-china.com for Dynamic Redirects to work. I suggest you create the following DNS records (both proxied):

pfeiffer-china.com IN AAAA 100::
www.pfeiffer-china.com IN CNAME pfeiffer-china.com

Redirects from pfeiffer-china.com should then work. If you also want to redirect www.pfeiffer-china.com to www.gebr-pfeiffer.com, you will have to create another Dynamic Redirect rule.
