Did you check to see if your account was deleted? This is unusual because Cloudflare rarely deletes accounts.
If you send email to: [email protected], you should get a Ticket Number in a response. Please tell us the ticket number.

+1 to the advice from @sdayman. @user1556, the email probably said a zone was deleted from your account, maybe? Sorry, but I cannot see that you ever had any active zones in your account…nor can I see a ticket from you.
Are you using the same email to contact Support that you are using here on the Community & if you have a ticket number, can you share the number here?
