Hi I from Moldova but last few weeks experienced routing issues with Cloudflare dns resolver
Traffic is routing not from chisinau but from kiev or from bucharest provider moldtelecom AS8926
On mobile network all work fine
This is the policy of your ISP. Cloudflare accepts traffic from all traffic exchange points.
