We installed Railgun on a linux VM about 2 years ago.
We dont have any problems, but i wonder is there a newer version at this time? How do i check my railgun version ?

If you installed railgun from Cloudflare provided yum or apt repos https://www.cloudflare.com/docs/railgun/installation.html you should be able to use repsective repo manage package checks for updates
repos https://pkg.Cloudflare.com/
i.e.
yum list updates
