注册商：AWS Route 53（已删除所有旧 NS、已删除 DS 记录）
已做：

  • 注册商只保留 2 条 CF NS
  • 已删 DNSSEC/DS
  • 多次点 Check nameservers now
    求帮忙排查为什么一直检查不通过

You have added the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers as NS records in the AWS DNS, which is not the correct thing to do…

Instead you need to change the authoritative nameservers as in this guide. You will no longer be using Route 53 as DNS for the domain.
