I’ve setup Cloudflare and I know that I have mixed content issues on many pages of my site. However, on one page, I’ve got the mixed media issue solved yet I cannot get the Padlock to consistently show that the SSL is not secure on the page. The page is Donate | Independent Women's Forum | Make a donation today
Any suggestions for me? I am wondering if I have a setting incorrect in CF.

Cant say if you have a mixed content issue on that page or not, because its not on HTTPS in the first place 
When you load the page it immediately sends you a 301 redirect to its HTTP version.
