If unsure which email address you used for the account, log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” or check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. You may have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login; if so, make sure you use the same sign-in method as when you created the account - either email and password, or “Log in using…” - using the wrong one can act as separate account.
