When at the email/routing/routes part of the dashboard, you’re met with this text:
Catch-all address
Enable the catch-all address to set an action for all other email addresses in user.com.
Catch-all rule only applies on the zone-level domain, you can’t create catch-all rule for each of your subdomain.
I think that using example.com vs user.com could be a good fix. Of course, using the actual domain name you’re controlling would be a way cooler thing to show. But baby-steps.
