i am not able to get someone to enable a feature on my account

Tried calling many times, endless loop to leave a message or open a ticket you never get to a live person.

opened a ticket that is supposedly assigned to the correct group but it’s been 7 days and still my ticket doesn’t get resolved.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

try to enable a new feature, see how far you get

am i doing something wrong? i’m assuming that as a paying customer one is supposed to receive support within a reasonable amount of time. what is the time frame for something like enabling a new feature, a week, a month, a year?

Unless you are an enterprise customer there is no live support by phone. Business plan customers have live chat.

Cloudflare doesn’t publish a live support number, calling their main line gets you sales which has no ability to transfer you because that functionality doesn’t exist.

Cloudflare just laid off 20% of their workforce so your support ticket will be answered in the order it was received probably.

tl;dr: No

Now that you got a response here posting what feature you try enable may faster than wait for ticket.
