Hi, a quick check on dnschecker.org shows that the domain is on the Cloudflare nameservers, but I can’t see any A or AAAA record. Have you double checked that you have the domain pointing to your website? This is probably the reason you cannot see it.

I clearly have A records in place at Cloudflare. What else can I check?

You don’t have a DNS record for just the domain imnodispensary.com, only www and a subdomain wildcard. Create a DNS record for @.

Well, I can ping it now, but when I go to https://lmnodispensary.com/ in my browser, it gives me this error

The problem is on your hosting side.

Temporary PAUSE Cloudflare: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/manage-domains/pause-cloudflare/

This will let your domain bypass Cloudflare’s CDN so you can see whatever error is happening on your hosting site. Fix any problem you see and ensure the site is working properly before unpausing Cloudflare.

Now, I just get this generic error. Nothing in my logs on the server, this isn’t even hitting the server.

I have resolved the issue

This isn’t working again. I had Cloudflare paused, and my site was working just fine. Now, I have unpaused it, and it instantly stops working.

I’ve found one thing, the error only occurs on the secure URL: https://www.lmnodispensary.com/

When I go to the insecure URL (http://www.lmnodispensary.com/) it works fine.
