What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare Cached pages loading get lower PageSpeed scores.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Create a rule for caching everything
  2. Installing Speculative Loading – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org plugin
  3. And loading 3 times Pagespeed:
    the first one for a cold start wich actually gives better results with the speculative api plugin
    the second after some time to test performance with cache hit from Cloudflare, which is slower even than the cold start
    and the third just to be extra sure since Pagespeed scores tend to vary a bit…
