What is the issue you’re encountering
My warp 1111 pc client has been stuck in connecting and initializing ip for the past few day, and seem like it cant connect to a colocation center.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve try everything from changing client setting, pc setting, reinstall and it still wouldn’t work. The warp 1111 app on my phone is still working fine, and even the warp 1111 app in my emulator on the pc is still working. Can anyone let me know what is the problem here?

With this, it does point towards a problem with the configuration of your PC.
Such as e.g. a firewall, that is blocking the regular traffic from the PC, but for some reason aren’t able to (or for some odd reason, simply haven’t) blocked the emulator’s traffic.
I am having the same issue, it started after I updated to the latest version of Cloudflare Warp, on my phone it is working normally. Did you find any way to solve it?
Same issue but for me it showing colocation centers, and still cant connect
in this state I dont have connection to anything and in logs it also cant connect as I assume. I feel like it broke itself but its only feeling
