And, if you have a TCP traceroute tool available, similar to tcping, what does a TCP trace to 104.17.147.22 443 show you?

What do you see with the surrounding IP addresses?

Does a TCP trace to 104.17.147.19 443, 104.17.147.21 443, 104.17.147.23 443, and/or 104.17.147.24 443 go through?
