On occasion I can’t access sites protected/hosted on cloudflare. For example https://rlsbb.unblockit.dev. I get a generic message and constant reloading every 5 seconds but never actually reading the destination.

Cloudflare can’t override customer security settings, but this browser check loop may be caused by a browser plugin. Possibly an anti-virus plugin? Give it a try with a different browser, or temporarily disable any plugins you may have to figure out which one may be causing the loop.
Yes, with kiwi browser I did use a number of extension, however, I get the same results using Soul browser which to my knowledge does not support browser add-ons. Could the problem be occurring because of vpn?
It shouldn’t. But if the browser is overly hardened, such as blocking all cookies, it may cause the looping issue.
