What is the issue you’re encountering
When Cloudflare Proxy is enabled, the site is inaccessible only on Vodafone Idea (Vi). The same Vi connection works immediately when connected through a VPN. DNS Only also works. This indicates a routing/peering issue between Vi and the Cloudflare edge serving our zone.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have temporarily turned dns only on for the domains and subdomains so its working now

if proxy is turned on then these domains wont be accessible to vi idea users . live.fizmaa.com , fizmaa.com

- How exactly are you measuring this, and coming to the conclusion of a “
routing/peering issue”?
That does not indicate an issue with routing/peering, but it would indicate that “Vodafone Idea (Vi)” is blocking access to your domain name.
You will need to contact Vodafone Idea (Vi) for further remediation.
