What is the issue you’re encountering

ClientHold DNS is suspended. Unable to make any updates or connect mail server.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

AI confirmed DNS settings were correct and zone was active.
AI also confirmed DNS Hold on 9/10 domains.
Only domain that isn’t on a hold is the one that I transfered in.

I updated my WHOIS phone so it comes directly to my line if I received a call. I confirmed my email address and checked my emails to see if I missed a verification. Only had the domain receipt emails. I checked to see if payment was pending, all payments have posted on both sides.

I opened a case 3 weeks ago which dissapeared from my dashboard. I’ve opened a new case which is listed in the case # section. When trying to view the ticket from the support dashboard it takes me to the cloudflare docs instead.

I tried to upgrade the domain that isn’t on hold to a pro plan but it never loads the checkout screen.

It’s been almost a month now since I haven’t been able to access my domains.

Registrar issues require a Registrar ticket with Support. The Community cannot assist with Registrar cases.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I think this is a verification issue for the New Registrations.

The domains are suspended by the registrar (which is Cloudflare). There’s no way for anyone here (who doesn’t work for Cloudflare) to know the reason for the suspension, nor to help solve it, so unfortunately you’ll have to go through support via a Registrar ticket.
