I can see notifications for origin monitoring are enabled but the zone associated with the load balancing notifications has been purged, opened ticket on behalf of the customer, 2381894
It if helps, I had a similar issue with CF Load Balancer sending requests for hostnames long deleted, and an associated Pool ID (visible in the health check user-agent) that was also long gone. The solution I received was:
“Upon consulting with our Load Balancing team, it appears that while validating product improvements one of our preproduction test environments made use of an outdated copy of our database which still contained this ghost pool in question and it made the health check requests here.”
My ticket was 2255803, and closed 5 months ago, and Ella was one of the Agents involved.
Y, yesterday I think they figured it out the problem was between the screen and the chair. Correct ticket number for the notifications ticket is 2381894
