Cache rules for CSS

I have a couple of css files that are dragging my Google pagespeed CLS down due to render-blocking and unused CSS. Can I address those via cache rules of Cloudflare

.css assets should be cached by default:

I do note that you seem to be using query strings, if you want to ignore it and present the same asset regardless of query string, check your cache settings under Caching > Configuration.
