We’ve opened a ticket, the issue does not get resolved. This is an ongoing issue since June this year! The ticket was closed.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Setup a paid service
Wait
Service will be removed as the invoice is not charged to either credit card on file

Lots and lots of people are having the exact same issues, all with no resolution it seems :frowning:

This related to being unable to upgrade from Free to Pro - but the root issue was that invoice payments were not being taken, and some invoices under main agency account, others part paid inside client accounts.
