Is this still happening? Is it only happening on that zone or in all the remaining zones?
Please try updating to the new security dashboard and see if you can enable it then.
To update, browse to “Security” > “Overview” and toggle the “New application security dashboard” on top.
After that you can find Bot Fight mode under “Security” > “Security Settings” by filtering for “Bot Traffic”
