What is the issue you’re encountering

Stuck in an endless refresh loop when clicking on “Add R2 subscription to my account”.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have added all the billing details, tried different browsers, incognito, different laptops, PC’s even different internet connections but nothing works and enter time I click the add button it just refreshes back to the same screen.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Going to R2 object storage and click on the Add r2 subscription to my account button.

This is a billing issue and you will have to contact billing team to help you with it.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

I’ve already done that, they then replied saying it is active on my billing and closed the ticket. However, its STILL not activated on my account although I can see it in my billing. I can’t access it. TERRIBLE support, how can you just close a ticket without confirming!? I reopened it yesterday and heard nothing back since. If its not sorted by tomorrow I’ll have to move to AWS.
