What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

My account is missing the Access Authentication module. I can create Access Applications and Policies, but the Authentication section (Identity Providers, Login Methods, Apple, Microsoft, OTP) is not visible anywhere in the dashboard.
