  1. There’s a slight TTFB overhead because the initial connection requires Cloudflare to forward the request to your server. Overall, because of caching and other optimizations, the final load time should be shorter.

  2. It’s probably Mixed Content. Was your site working with HTTPS before you added it to Cloudflare?
