Login to your Cloudflare dashboard to turn off the proxy yourself. Once in your Cloudflare dashboard…

  1. Select the domain you want to update.
  2. Go to the DNS settings page.
  3. Find the specific DNS record for your store and make sure it is set to DNS only by clicking on the orange cloud icon (:orange:) so it turns grey like this: :grey:.
  4. Save your changes.
