Apologies for missing the topic; this is my first time posting here. Thanks for your patience.
I’ve opened a ticket with the billing team to look into the issue. They advised me to contact my bank, American Express. However, the bank confirmed there were no charges, holds, or any attempts from Cloudflare, so the problem doesn’t seem to be on their end.
To further investigate, I created a second, throwaway account to test the process. On this account, I went to Zero Trust, selected the Free Plan, and added the same card I used under my main account. The transaction completed without any issues, so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with my card.
I’ve also tried flushing DNS, clearing cache and cookies, using different computers, and even private browsers, but I still can’t complete the purchase of the Free Zero Trust plan on my main account.
Any guidance or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
