Zone status "pending nameserver update" HELP

I directed the name servers. says approved. but I am still checking the status of the domain with “Pending nameserver update” api. I am getting an error because it is not approved. What should I do?

Your registrar might be having issues. CF nameservers show up in your whois, but no nameservers are showing up for your domain’s DNS (NXDOMAIN):
