Zone not active


I am having an issue transferring a domain to Cloudflare Registrar. Whenever I try to initiate the transfer, I receive an error message stating “Zone not active.”

I have double checked that the domain is available for transfer and that all the required information is correct, but I still cannot complete the transfer. Cloudflare DNS is working perfectly fine.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a solution or workaround for this problem?

If Cloudflare DNS is working perfectly, I’m however a bit sceptical, but you could try re-selecting your current Cloudflare plan for that zone here::
