After going to the free, a zone lockdown rule remains. Could it be removed as I can’t modify it?

If you can’t track it down and delete it with an API call, you’ll have to open a Support ticket (support AT cloudflare DOT com).

Please don’t abuse the MoreHelp tag (it’d be best if you edit that out). It’s only to be used on threads that go 72 hours without a response. I’d hate to think that you don’t I’m being helpful.

I don’t think that at all. I looked at the API call earlier, and I can’t do that since I’m on the free plan now.

Seriously, you’re not supposed to use MoreHelp a half hour after you open a post.

@shorelycan I’ll comment on your ticket internally but even though the rule is still stored in your account config, it should be removed from the edge when you downgrade to the free plan. Thus, it should not actually be blocking traffic and can be safely ignored.
