Zone is unable to be upgraded at this time. (Code:1258)

We are trying to upgrade to a business plan subscription however we keep getting the message “Zone is unable to be upgraded at this time. Contact [email protected] for assistance. (Code:1258)”

It’s really urgent and we’re not getting a response on the ticket.

Does anybody has any clue why we are getting this?
