We are trying to purchase a business plan subscription however we keep getting the message
'Zone is not able to be upgraded at this time. Contact [email protected] for assistance. (Code: 1258)

Hi @user54512,
I see that our team has replied to you requesting that the Super Administrator for the account replies to the ticket so that they can share the billing details there. Please do that at your earliest convenience.
