I upgraded to the Business plan for the placeholder domain signagedotcom.com due to the urgency of the issue. However, even after upgrading I am not able to use Live Chat as it requests me to upgrade which I already did.
That is not a placeholder, signagedotcom.com is a completely different domain than ‘signage.com. And, signagedotcom.com` does not seem to be a registered domain name…but you own a business plan for that name. You should cancel that plan immediately, it will go into a delayed downgrade but you don’t want to be paying for a plan for a domain that does not exist.
You’ll need to create an account ticket with Support to assist, if you were prompted to email abuse that means Support will probably send your ticket to Trust & Safety for them to assist. Once it goes to T&S, neither Support nor the Community Team can see any details.
Sorry for the issues. You may want to disable any ad blockers and log out and back in after clearing cache and try again. And yes, I own signage.com - signagedotcom.com was just used to try and chat with support. I was willing to pay the $250 fee just to chat with them because they have no phone support. Anyway, I’ll be downgrading it now.
Unfortunately I still cannot manage signage.com in my account. Apparently there’s a balance unpaid for this domain for CF services but as mentioned before we purchased this domain several months ago so it was not me that has the balance.
However, I’m willing to pay this balance just so we can get the domain working here. I even upgraded to the business plan for signagedotcom.com just to be able to chat with a team member here but that didn’t work as live chat was still disabled.
