Issues with setting up a CDN service, do to hold of zone.
I’ve also changed NS for domain to
sp1.gname-dns.com
sp2.gname-dns.com
The domain has previously been on Cloudflare (5 months ago) and the zone hold means it was in an Enterprise account where the then owner locked it to prevent it being added to another account.

If you purchased the domain from a domain seller/broker, check it wasn’t them that did this. Otherwise, you’ll need to raise a support ticket to ask Cloudflare for help to get the hold removed.

Contact who you bought it from, see if they put the hold on. Otherwise, wait on the ticket.

THAT’S WHAT I GOT from support, but the thing is that I have a free account, so I can’t access support dashboard. Is there any way to get access or get the right string for that TXT record?
