No, it is free plan. I want the domain schoolchoice.hk CNAME to abc.def.com
according to the document, zone domain is available by default for all plans.

It is.
but I cannot find this feature showing up on DNS > Setting page
CNAME flattening at the root is the default behavior. It’s not possible to have a CNAME record for the root so Cloudflare flattens it automatically to an A record.
There’s nothing to see. It happens by default.

Most of the features that Cloudflare enabled by default on the free plan will not be displayed on the dashboard because it is mandatory and there is no switch for you to control it.
