You are in the active account so that’s a start. It looks like you have imported the DNS records when the domain was already in another Cloudflare account as it has imported Cloudflare IP addresses so you’ll want to remove all the A/AAAA records and check with your web host what records to use instead.
Your SPF record should start "v=spf1... and not "Value: v=spf1....
Your DKIM record should be for 4141548583._domainkey as specified by Zoho, not dkim as you have set.
So, I made the changes, got with our web host, and made those necessary changes. And, still may having trouble with the DKIM. Here are the credentials/image:
