Enrollment request is invalid

What is the issue you’re encountering

when I try to enroll my device into CF zerotrust on my client I get the error message. I noticed the only reponse to this error on the forums is “check your email for filters” but this error happens before we ever get to the auth part, the error is the first page loading after clicking the button.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried different browsers
disabled all adblocking / privacy extensions

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am using ubuntu 24.04 on zerotrust client, click the login via browser button after entering my team name. And on the page it brings me to it simple states “Enrollment request is invalid” . the page address is https://.cloudflareaccess.com/warp. if I remove the /warp I can log in and see my apps perfectly with no issues.

Could you verify if URL filtering is enabled in your email client or service if you are logging in using email? That appears to have been [the reason here].(Cannot enroll devices. "Invalid login session. Please try going to the URL of your application." - #8 by Ral).

One way to do it is to change the URL rewrite settings or turn it off. Alternatively, you might attempt SSO login.
