What is the issue you’re encountering

I run out of 50 free seats in my organization for ZeroTrust. I’ve extended to 60 seats by buying “A la carte” access type for $3/seat. Now I see that I used 50 out of 60 seats however new users are not able to connect seeing error that there are no free seats available.

I’m having issues with payment for ZeroTrust - I’ve purchased seats and can’t use them for some reason, so I decided to contact support team and here the problems begin… After submitting few issues in the contact form, I received 0 response for weeks now. When I try to check the status of my request I can’t because the portal doesn’t work. I see that there is an issue with a portal and cloudflare asks to create a ticket to have an access to a portal (btw issue with lack of access to portal has been there for more than a month now Cloudflare Status - Support Ticket Migration - Case Access Issues. - I hope Cloudflare is faster when it comes to production issues…). So I opened another request to get an access to the portal - guess what, no response again. There is no contact email, telephone number nothing. What can I do more to get my issue fixed?
