ZeroTrust Free plan

I have been trying to activate the zero trust free plan for days, but when I press purchase it turns gray and nothing else happens.

There is a payment method linked, so that should not be the problem.

I see a 403 error, which suggests permissions issues. Do you have the correct roles/access to the account you are activating Zero Trust for?

Yes we have Super administrator - All privileges role
We also tried different browsers and computers.
