What is the issue you’re encountering

We have created ZeroTrust policies and apps via the API (cia Pulumi IaC) and these work (block/allow) as expected. Nothing shows in the ZeroTrust console Access/Apps area. It asks us to Choose a Plan.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

No idea what to do. We have the free plan, the policies are working - we just can’t see them or the apps in the admin console so can’t manage them.
The analytics are working OK and show users accessing apps.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Create access-policy and access-application via API (I’m working through Pulumi). This is configured to need an email from a specific domain. All works OK.
Go to ZeroTrust console.

  • Analytics are OK
  • Access/Applications is displaying a message asking us to Choose a Plan

Hi there,

This issue typically happens when no plan has been chosen yet or if there is a recent degradation on Billing services that causes features to be limited.

We have chosen a plan (the free plan), but this problem is persisting.

Can I get an update on this please?

I still cannot see the applications on the Zero Trust console. I can see them when I use the API to retrieve them and they’re working fine, it’s just the console that won’t show them - keeps saying we need to select a plan when we’ve already selected the free plan.
