Cloudflare Access: Intermittent ‘Failed to fetch user/group’ error from Yandex IdP despite ‘Access Granted’ in logs
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Users attempting to access our internal admin panels, which are protected by Cloudflare Access, sometimes encounter an error page immediately after successfully authenticating with their corporate Yandex account
Workaround:
If the affected user clicks the ‘Back’ button in their browser, returns to the Yandex authentication page (where their corporate account is often already pre-selected), and attempts to log in again, the authentication typically succeeds, and they are then correctly redirected to the admin panel.
