Zero trust update issues
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’m reaching out regarding Zero Trust Access issues, for some reason all updates to the configuration take a vee-e-ery long time to apply and I’m experiencing some other issues. Is that expected?
What I tried to achieve:
Created a tunnel, exposed it using DNS (that works); tried to secure it with authorization using Cloudflare access and email allowlist (that doesn’t work properly).
What does not work exactly:
- For the first time, I was unable to login to my org (had an error: Unable to find your Access organization!", even tho it exists); after some time it started working
- I have created a Google login method, but it’s just not showing on the login page, and I’m also unable to test it because I’m getting “Unable to find the requested identity provider!” error.
- I’m unable to login with PIN with any other email than what I’m sending you a message from (although it’s in allowlist). The code is just not sent there
- Changing domain doesn’t do anything, org is still available under the old domain and the new domain gives me the error: “Unable to find your Access organization!”
All that points out that any changes to configuration aren’t getting applied, not instantly, not in the very near future. I don’t think that’s supposed to work in a way that configuration updates are applied in only 1-2 hours.
