What is the issue you’re encountering

No new tokens are generated

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am trying to reinstall the cloudflared service on some servers and I noticed that the same token is given on all the new sessions. Also on new tunnel is not giving me any token at all. What could be the issue? Thanks

I’m having the same issues, it seems this is a problem on Cloudflare’s end. Both my personal and work account has the same thing happened. This is a severe issues since my VPS need this service.

Wonder if you’ve tried to re-authenticate over again? :thinking:

Have you tried using remotely managed tunnel via Zero Trust Dashboard?

I see the issue with all Linux based installs.

Here is a workaround I used:

  • Install the cloudflared package on whichever distro you use – you can use the install portion from the Linux distro tabs for this.
  • Use the MacOS tab for starting and connecting cloudflared, so copy the second command (the one on the right side of the page), then run it – it looks like ‘sudo cloudflared service install ’

This should work. I just did this on a Debian 12 system.

The thing is that I don’t get any new token. I have the same token everytime, everywhere.

Also the two tunnels which I have ‘working’, are appearing green and healthy, are not forwarding any traffic actually. It is something with my account maybe?
