What is the issue you’re encountering

I made a test account previously to test the Zero Trust before having it in production. Well, I was stupid enough to put “company” in the team domain and not “companytest” or something like that. I would like to use the company domain in production and not in the test environment, but I don’t remember the account I had with the test account as it was 2-3 years ago. Is there any way that the domain can be removed from that account or I would get to know which account (email) has it claimed?

if you already have access to the Zero trust dashboard you can proceed editing the team domain name under : Settings>Custom Pages :
