I recently purchased a Zero Trust Standard plan that includes support via email and chat. Chat support is 24x7x365 and it works perfectly. However, I would like to know the response times that this paid plan has, since I read this page, but it doesn’t include the Cloudflare for Teams plans.
Also, and this is very similar to my previous question, I would like to know where is this plan in the support priority order (Premium Enterprise → Standard Enterprise → Business → Pro → Free).
I don’t believe email support will be any faster than the standard 5 days SLO for Pro, but it could be somewhere between Business and Pro for ZT issues.
If you are not using Zero Trust and have purchased this plan purely to try and get Live Chat for non-ZT issues then I would not expect it to last too long.
