I recently purchased a Zero Trust Standard plan that includes support via email and chat. Chat support is 24x7x365 and it works perfectly. However, I would like to know the response times that this paid plan has, since I read this page, but it doesn’t include the Cloudflare for Teams plans.
Also, and this is very similar to my previous question, I would like to know where is this plan in the support priority order (Premium Enterprise → Standard Enterprise → Business → Pro → Free).
