Zero trust reports device as non-compliant but Intune says it is compliant

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have a device which is reported as Windows Compliant by Microsoft Intune, but which Cloudflare sees as non-compliant. A screenshot showing both the status from Cloudflare and from Intune is attached. I am wondering if it is simply that the case of the name of the device is different ? Does anybody know any remedy for this ?

Hi,

I renamed the device to MARK-DESKTOP, I did follow those steps, but I am still having the same problem.

The device does not even shop up in the posture check logs.
